NatureMill Composter Works Well But Be Careful about Bones

I've had one a NatureMill Composter for about 6 months. They just announced a new and improved version - dang!
Anyway, the one I have works well enough. It gobbles up any kind of kitchen scraps I throw at it, except bones which cause a jam of course. It makes very loamy (granular) compost which is what you want to see, not the chunky matted down stuff you usually get from a backyard bin. It is very quiet and odor free also.
I am trying to convince my boss to get one at the office so we can compost our lunch stuff there too.
